In a cozy and intimate little square, once home to a carpentry workshop, Rosso Brera preserves the authentic atmosphere of old Milan: exposed beams, stone floors, and wooden tables, with some outdoor seating in the heart of Brera.

The menu features the great classics of the Milanese tradition — Oss Büs, Risott Giald, and Custulèta de vitèll — alongside Italian dishes: meatballs, vitello tonnato, fresh pasta, platters, cockerel, and Piedmontese meats. Every dish is created from quality raw materials, small local productions, and strictly followed seasonality. To accompany the dishes, a wine cellar that combines small producers with major national names. A private room is also available for events and special occasions.

I had lunch at this restaurant today and had a wonderful experience. An interesting and unexpected venue in the beating heart of Brera. Surrounded by wine bottles and stylish objects. Visited for a business dinner. The staff is attentive, patient, and very helpful, and the dishes are flavorful, prepared with excellent raw materials, and as beautiful to the eye as they are to the palate. I will be back
