Located in Viale Premuda, in the Cinque Giornate area, L’Alchimia is the group’s destination dedicated to contemporary fine dining: a bright environment by day and romantic in the evening, amidst the warmth of parquet floors, ceiling beams, and exposed brick, with an adjacent lounge bar.
The Cuisine of L’Alchimia
Under the guidance of Chef Giuseppe Postorino, the menu ranges from classic dishes to personal creations, highlighting the excellent raw materials of the Italian tradition and seasonality. Riso al salto, signature pasta and gnocchi, and tasting journeys accompanied by the sommelier in the charming brick-vaulted cellar, which is open to visitors. Next to the restaurant, a lounge bar for aperitifs and quick lunches.
