L’Alchimia at Viale Premuda 34, in Milan, stands on the site of the historic Gaboardi Pogliani wine bar.
L’Alchimia positions itself as the perfect meeting place with friends or as the perfect union between dining room and kitchen, with the ambition to soon represent the pinnacle of gourmet cuisine in Milan.
A different formula from the classic gourmet restaurant, an extremely elegant restaurant & lounge bar open 7 days a week from noon to midnight, welcoming, refined, sensual, relaxing yet not overly sophisticated.
Wooden floors, barrel-vaulted ceilings with exposed brick, a small fireplace, ceiling beams, a cigar room and chef’s table are the details that give the location an almost retro charm. A venue where its uniqueness is perceived from the very entrance.
The Chef is Davide Puleio, a young Roman with many important experiences already behind him, who describes himself as instinctive. He is the architect of the restaurant’s true soul: a readable menu with fusion and contemporary cuisine, featuring appealing ingredients that are also familiar to the general public.
The idea is that of a reassuring yet personal cuisine, with some signature dishes and that touch of originality that projects the dishes beyond pure and simple tradition, even though (not only) Milanese tradition is a constant inspiration.
Inspirations and techniques abound, to renew from within a proposal that aims to be comfortable yet dynamic, and in this the role of the dining room plays a leading part, which must accompany the customer in their choice, describe the dishes and understand people’s tastes.
Supporting the cuisine, moreover, are more than 600 labels, including Italian and French sparkling wines, personally selected by Alberto Tasinato.
L’Alchimia represents the eighth jewel in the crown of Milano Restaurant Group, the new concept restaurant that opens a frontier for the restaurant group in the world of gastronomy understood as true culinary art.
